Pier 7, a fishing pier, is located to the north of Ferry Building along the Embarcadero. Panoramic views of the city, the bay, the Bay Bridge, ships, artificial Treasure Island, and Yerba Buena Island make it a great attraction...

When you get to the end, the low Treasure Island is on the left, the hill of Yerba Buena Island is on the right. Coit Tower view is to the left.

Turn right, it is San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge there. Then, downtown view with Ferry Building tower and an old ferryboat of Southern Pacific Golden Gate Ferries Ltd. Here is the large view of the city picture from the tip of the pier...

Now moving forward, you return to the beginning of the pier 7. Transamerica Pyramid view is in front. Sydney Walton Square is behind these read houses.

If you jump over the tennis court on the left side, you'll get to the north part of Justin Herman Park. You can move from here to Maritime Plaza or to Embarcadero Center. If you turn right, you can continue along the Embarcadero to the Fisherman's Wharf of jump to upper Montgomery Street near the Coit Tower. You can not turn left, but it is Ferry Building there where Market Street starts.
