This is guitar note chart A PAD, standard musical notation and fretboard positions. Fret 5 deserves to be called A-fret. It has 2 notes A in two octaves and another one is nearby. All notes of 5th fret are parts of A blues scale. As you can see there are 7 A notes on 12 frets in 3 ocataves.
