Palace of Fine Arts in SF was built as part of 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition. Designed by Bernard Maybeck. Rebuilt using reinforced concrete in 1962. Exploratorium is located inside as well as a concert hall.

You can get here walking along the bay and yacht harbors from Fort Mason. On the right of you the way to Golden Gate Bridge starts. This place otherwise called Palace of Fine Arts is a giant sculpture complex where you can walk around among corinthian columns, flowers, water, and statues. There is the famous Rotunda in the middle, lagoon, and a fountain.
