Yoga-Tango Therapy Session: It is a medical fact that tango is very good for health. It produces useful hormones. It helps your well-being, progresses movement abilities. Obtaining mediation. Igor has developed a set of exercises, similar to yoga, with body stretching and various poses done to music. Essentially, it is an advanced body movement technique.
"Private Tango Party": One hour, or 6 tandas of tango dancing non-stop in variety of styles of your choice.
Tango Salon in Open and Close Embrace: elegant slow dance;
Tango Orillero in Open and Close Embrace: high energy rhythmic traditional dance;
Tango Canyengue in Open and Close Embrace: sweet rhythmic dance, Marta Anton style;
Tango Apilado: challenging balancing dance in close embrace (with lean);
Tango Milonguero: meditative dance in close embrace;

How a lesson is build

I am going to dance with you to variety of music and make exercises all the time of the lesson. Advice is given along with movements. If you are a single man, I offer a unique opportunity to learn the Argentinean way - I am going to lead you and you will learn dancing as a follower in Orillero style. This is the best and only truly productive way to learn tango for men.

Price

At my house it is $70/hour. It is in Hayward.
At your house or in a dance studio(floor rent will apply) it is the same +$20, which comes to $90 per/ hour, or $125/per 1.5 hours, or $160/per 2 hours. I recommend duration of the lesson 1 hour for one student and 1.5 hours for a couple. 1 hour for a couple may be sufficient at first. Please, tell me what style of tango you are interested in and what are your goals: dance for yourself, dance socially at dance parties, study the dance seriously and perform, or learn yoga-tango dance exercises for your health.
